How long does it take to receive them?

Keep in mind that time zones may be different than ours.  Instructions with username and password are generally emailed within 24 hours or instantly at times.

Can I make adjustments to them? 

Yes, you can make changes to any part of the template.  You can change text, move objects, add graphics, etc.

What programs can I use to make changes to the web template? 

Highly recommended is Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Macromedia Firework, or just about any HTML editors. 

How do I open the templates? 

You can use Winzip, if you don’t have it then go to www.winzip.com to receive a free trial version of it.

Are these fully functional templates? 

Yes, they are.

What if they don't work? 

If there is a problem with your templates, then contact us immediately at support@prepagebuilder.com

How will the payments show up on my credit card statement?

Prepagebuilder is a division of Scott's Empire so, you will see that name, (Scott's Empire), on your bank or card statement.
